No rights can be derived from images, descriptions, or representations on the Website. Customers are encouraged to contact Mart Krijger regarding specific artworks prior to purchase.
All artworks are offered subject to availability. The Artist retains the right to discontinue any artwork at any time for any reason.
5. Purchases And Payment
Prices
All prices are in Euros (€) and include 9% VAT (BTW), as per Dutch regulations. Shipping costs are not included in the artwork price unless explicitly stated.
Free shipping is provided for deliveries within the Netherlands. Shipping costs for international deliveries will be calculated and shown during checkout.
Prices may be changed at any time, at the discretion of the Artist, with the understanding that the price displayed upon order completion will apply to that order.
Payment methods
Payments can be made using credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay or iDEAL. Accepted payment methods are presented during checkout. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current payment information for each transaction made via the Website.
You undertake to pay all charges at the displayed prices, as well as any applicable shipping fees. You authorize Mart Krijger to charge your chosen payment provider for these amounts upon order placement.
Order processing
Mart Krijger reserves the right to refuse any order placed through the Website and may, at sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order.
6. Return And Refund Policy
Variation by Product
Return and refund policies are clearly stated on each product (artwork) page in the online shop. Customers are strongly encouraged to review the return policy prior to making a purchase, as policies may differ per artwork.
General Return Conditions
Certain artworks are returnable under the following conditions:
A return period of 14 days after receipt applies to eligible products, as noted on the product page.
The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging, or alternative packaging suitable to ensure safe transportation.
The customer is fully responsible for the safe and proper return of the artworks.
The customer is fully responsible for all return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
Artworks made to order, commissioned specifically for a customer, or with custom elements (such as framing or personalization) are not eligible for return.
Refund Processing
Refunds for eligible returns will be processed in accordance with the stated return policy once the returned artwork is received and inspected. The Artist reserves the right to deny refunds if an artwork is returned in non-original condition or in violation of the return policy.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow reasonable processing time for the refund to appear in your account.
7. Damage Policy
In the unlikely event that an artwork arrives damaged, please take the following steps:
Immediate Notification
Contact Mart Krijger via email at info@martkrijger.com within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Required Documentation
Your email should include:

Resolution
Upon receiving your email and documentation, Mart Krijger will review the matter and determine an appropriate solution, which may include replacement (subject to availability), repair, or refund. Resolution will be determined at the Artist's discretion based on the damage and circumstances.
8. Prohibited Activities
The Website may only be used for non-commercial purposes unless permission has been given by Mart Krijger.
