This heart-shaped artwork is made from upcycled pieces of Delft Blue porcelain and ceramics, which pays tribute to the history of our country. Each artwork consists of a mix of shards, originating from new, old and very old porcelain and ceramics (dating back to 1970). It’s carefully composed from a passion for reuse and it transforms the broken pieces into a whole new life. This edition of the artwork is made on a background of imitation gold leaf, it’s finished with crystal-clear epoxy and it’s presented in a classic or modern gold frame of your choice.
