Art Exhibition Merlet 2026

Back for an exciting new season, the art of Mart Krijger returns to Restaurant Hotel Merlet in Schoorl. From July through September 2026, visitors can immerse themselves in a fresh, evolved collection displayed throughout the hotel lobby hallway and the corridor leading to the restaurants.


This year’s exhibition brings a mix of evolution and tradition. Visitors can expect his signature style artworks like Koro Delft Blua: hearts made of Delft Blue porcelain and ceramic pieces. Also featured are various new series of artworks, such as a colorful diptych of organic, vertically shaped pieces made of intricate butterflies. The collection also features a selection of unique pieces created in collaboration with Jeroen van de Wier.


To complement the exhibition, a special “Meet the Artist” event is organized. Visitors are welcome to meet Jeroen van de Wier and Mart Krijger, who will both be present to share the stories and inspiration behind their latest creations.
